💊 Therapeutic Uses

Vitamin C and iron deficiency, respiratory infections, kidney support. Rowan berries are exceptionally rich in vitamin C — higher than citrus. Must be cooked, frozen, or dried before consumption as raw berries contain parasorbic acid which causes nausea.
