💊 Therapeutic Uses

Anaemia (iron and folate for haematopoiesis), liver support, hypertension (dietary nitrates lower blood pressure), general tonic. Raw beetroot juice combined with carrot and turnip juice is a traditional Bulgarian blood-building tonic for spring fatigue and anaemia.
