Spring fatigue and vitamin deficiency (eaten as fresh leaf salad), respiratory complaints (cough, bronchitis), insomnia, anxiety. Iглика is a traditional Bulgarian spring tonic eaten as fresh salad for vitamin C and A replenishment after winter.
