Therapeutic Uses
Abnormal uterine bleeding (haemostatic), leucorrhoea, diarrhea, respiratory catarrh, wound healing (topical). Gentle, broadly useful herb.

Traditional Preparation Notes
| Herbal Tea | 2 tsp dried flowers per 250ml, steep 10 min, 3x daily — mild, pleasant |
| Tincture | 2–4 ml (1:5, 25% ethanol), 3x daily |
| Notes | Flowers most medicinal — harvest when open. Gentle herb — suitable for long-term use. Combine with lady's mantle for uterine bleeding. Combine with agrimony for diarrhea. |
