Herbal Tea1 vanilla bean pod per 500ml warm water, steep 10 min, 1–2x daily
TinctureVanilla extract: 1 tsp in warm drink. Aromatherapy: diffuse vanilla essential oil.
NotesPrimarily aromatherapy and culinary medicine. Vanillin aromatherapy reduces anxiety and calms nervous system. Real vanilla bean superior to artificial vanillin. Add to warm milk for nighttime calming ritual.
