📐 Traditional Preparation Notes

Herbal Tea2 tsp dried leaf per 250ml, steep 10 min, 3x daily
Tincture2–4 ml (1:5, 25% ethanol), 3x daily
NotesYoung spring leaves most astringent and therapeutic. Combine with agrimony and raspberry leaf for diarrhea. Traditional tooth whitener: rub fresh fruit directly on teeth. Fruit: high ellagic acid — antioxidant food.
