NotesTahini (sesame paste): most bioavailable form of sesame. Black sesame (higher antioxidant than white) traditional in Chinese medicine for hair and kidney health. Oil pulling with sesame oil (Ayurvedic): 15 min daily for oral health. High calcium — alternative to dairy.
