Therapeutic Uses
Inflammatory conditions of the upper respiratory tract with cough and hoarseness; gastric and intestinal inflammation; skin inflammations (poultice); mastitis (barley malt poultice). One of the oldest cultivated medicinal grains — used in traditional medicine since antiquity.
