Herbal Tea2 tsp fresh or dried flowers per 250ml, steep 10 min, 3x daily
Tincture2–4 ml (1:5, 35% ethanol), 3x daily
NotesMilder isoflavone content than red clover. Traditional shamrock of Ireland. Edible flowers in salads. Combine with red clover for menopausal formula.
