Dysmenorrhea (antispasmodic uterine action — aromatherapy massage RCT), menopausal symptoms, PMS, anxiety and depression, digestive complaints. Sclareol structurally similar to estrogen.

📐 Traditional Preparation Notes

Herbal Tea1–2 tsp dried herb per 250ml, steep 10 min, 2–3x daily
Tincture2–4 ml (1:5, 45% ethanol), 2–3x daily
NotesEssential oil aromatherapy: 3% dilution in carrier for abdominal massage for dysmenorrhea. Do not combine with alcohol (intensifies effects). Sclareol estrogenic — relevant for hormone-sensitive conditions.
