Herbal TeaFresh milky oat tops infusion less effective — tincture preferred
Tincture3–5 ml fresh milky oat top tincture (1:2, 60% ethanol), 3x daily
NotesFresh milky oats (harvested at milky stage before hardening) most potent. Dried oats have significantly reduced nervine activity. Best tincture made fresh during harvest. Combine with skullcap and passionflower for comprehensive nervine formula.
