📐 Traditional Preparation Notes

Herbal Tea2 tsp dried leaf per 250ml, steep 10 min, 3x daily 30 min before meals
Tincture4–6 ml (1:5, 45% ethanol), 3x daily before meals
NotesStandardized extract (5% cynarin): 320mg 3x daily. Effects on cholesterol require 6–8 weeks. Take before meals to stimulate bile flow. Combine with milk thistle for liver support.
