Contraindications: Avoid in hormone-sensitive conditions (breast cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids). Avoid with anticoagulants (coumarin content). Avoid in pregnancy.
Side Effects: Rarely: headache, nausea. Long-term high-dose: theoretically may affect hormone-sensitive tissue.
